Our wedding will be held on February 1st, 2025 in Orlando, Florida. The reception will start at 7:30 PM at Evermore Orlando Resort, and the ceremony will begin around midnight at EPCOT in Walt Disney World (WDW). We look forward to celebrating with you!

We invite you to shine in your sunset best! Be creative and bold with your attire, we want our guests to be just as fun and vibrant as our wedding will be!

Guest Attire is recommended Cocktail Formal in shades of sunset.

Men’s Attire Guide:
Suits or Sports Coats and Slacks. Ties are optional.

Ladies Attire Guide:
Short to Mid Length Dresses or Pantsuits. Kitten heels or flats recommended. Evening Shawls or Jackets recommended.

Comfortable shoes are also HIGHLY recommended, as there will be some walking to the ceremony location.

Yes, invited children are warmly welcome to both the reception and the ceremony. We understand that the ceremony is late, so please plan according to your child’s needs and comfort.

Most of the evening will be outdoors, with dinner taking place inside. We recommend checking the forecast, and dressing in appropriate layers if needed!

EPCOT’s event spaces are available only after the park closes, so we are holding the reception first to ensure we have ample time to celebrate with everyone. After the ceremony, we’ll have a dessert party at EPCOT to celebrate becoming husband and wife!

Yes, we have an accommodation block at Evermore Orlando Resort. Additionally, there are several other budget-friendly hotels in the area that while we do not have a block at may be better suited for your needs. Please visit the Travel page on our website for more information.

If you are staying at Evermore Orlando Resort, the reception venue is conveniently located right on property and within walking distance of the accommodations. For those driving, we will have specific lot information sent to your email about a week before the big night. We’ve also arranged transportation from Evermore Resort to EPCOT and back for the ceremony and ensuing dessert party.

Yes, shuttles will transport guests from Evermore Resort to EPCOT for the ceremony and celebration after the reception. Shuttle services will also be available to take guests back to Evermore Resort.

Yes, parking is available at Evermore Resort near the reception venue. Specific information will be emailed out about a week before the big night.

No, the reception is at Evermore Orlando Resort, and the ceremony is at EPCOT. Transportation between the two locations will be provided.

We will have a delicious buffet dinner with cocktails and appetizers before the wedding. After the ceremony at EPCOT, there will also be a celebratory dessert party. While we won’t have a traditional dance floor, live music will keep us entertained and tapping our toes all night long through our other entertainment offerings. But if the music takes you, feel free to let it show!

A dessert party will immediately follow the ceremony and will last until 2:45 AM. Shuttle services will be available to take guests back to Evermore Resort whenever needed. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Williams Sonoma. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift, but if you’d like to give a present, these registries offer a variety of items we would love. Direct links to our registries can be found on our Registry page.

Yes, there will be a gift table at the venue for your convenience.

Invitations will indicate if a plus one is given. We wish we could invite everyone, but due to the special constraints of our venues, our guest list is limited. We appreciate your understanding.

While photos and videos of the reception and dessert party are highly encouraged, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to fully enjoy the moment while our professional photographers and videographers capture the event without any distractions.
